Terms of Service

1. About the app

4orxie AI Editor ("the app") is a personal video editing and publishing tool operated by 4orxie. It runs on 4orxie's own PC and is used only to publish 4orxie's own content to 4orxie's own YouTube channels. It is not offered as a service to the public.

2. YouTube and Google terms

The app uses YouTube API Services. Anyone who connects a YouTube channel to the app agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and the app's own handling in our Privacy Policy.

3. Authorised use

• Only the owner of a channel may connect it to the app, through Google's own sign-in page.
• The app uploads and schedules only videos that the channel owner has reviewed and approved.
• The app must not be used to upload content the user does not have the rights to, or content that breaks YouTube's Community Guidelines or the law.

4. Content

The channel owner is responsible for the videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and music they publish, and for holding the rights and licences they need. The app does not claim any ownership of that content.

5. Availability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Uploads, scheduling and statistics depend on YouTube and Google, whose services and rules can change, so a video may fail to upload or publish as planned. Check scheduled videos in YouTube Studio.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 4orxie is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including failed, delayed or incorrect uploads. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending use

Access can be ended at any time by revoking the app on your Google Account's Third-party apps & services page.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated, with the new version posted on this page. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
